Clients confirm in writing according to the Client Request Form.

1. Duration of the tour, and any specifications in regards to accommodation category or food restrictions.
2. Number of adults (no age required); specific age of each child under the age of eighteen years. and any Specific need!
3. Number wishing to take the very early morning Balloon safari (USD 600 including champagne breakfast).

It is recommended that you first make your international flights for the time of year you wish to travel. The number of days for your safari and coastal travel to be kept in mind for International flights. We can arrange your land tour according to your International flight.

On receipt of a reservation for the accommodation and safari vehicles, the client will pay the deposit of 60% with in 2-4 days.(lodges do not hold reservations for longer) As indicated in the reservation form, this deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due when all accommodation and transportation is confirmed as per the itinerary (usually 7-10 days after the deposit).

Costing of each package varies, depending on the number of people and the number of children under 10 years.

Immunization and Vaccines Requirements

Please visit Local health authorities for the required immunization and vaccines for travel to Tanzania.

Visa

Canadian/American Passport holders require a visa to Tanzania. Though if you may be possible to get a visa on arrival, you are strongly advised to get the visas while in your home-country. Apply for a single entry and one month validity. You may be asked for the specific dates of arrival and departure to and from Tanzania.

Passport

A passport with more than six months validity is required. It is safe to have a longer validity.

Recommended

1. Good camera with 100mm lens with carry case.
2. Water bottle
3. Clothing not dark and if possible long sleeves
4. Malaria pills
5. Small First aid kit.
6. Sunglasses.
7. Good shoes/ Runners fit for a little walking.
